These terms govern use of Workspace Unlimited ("the App"), an open-source, self-hosted Model Context Protocol server for Google Workspace, published at github.com/dipseth/google_workspace_fastmcp2.
The App is distributed as source code and packages you run on your own infrastructure. The authors do not operate a hosted service, do not have access to your instance, and are not a party to any interaction between your instance and Google.
The software is provided under the license stated in the repository. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under those license terms.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your Google data is processed on the infrastructure running your instance, used only to perform operations you request, and never sold or shared by the App.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating its suitability before connecting it to accounts or data you care about.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from use of the App — including data loss, unintended emails or edits performed via connected assistants, service interruptions, or actions of third parties who gain access to an instance through credentials you control.
You may stop using the App at any time by shutting down your instance and revoking its access from your Google Account permissions page.
Changes to these terms are published at this address and in the project repository with the effective date updated above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
